We are pleased to present this opportunity through the use of a secure Internet portal. Using this portal, you will be able to access your health information as well as view and pay your bills online quickly and securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
New Patient Instructions on registering your online account:
*It is important to note you must register with the link provided to your email at discharge. Do NOT click the SFSH patient portal button under returning patients to register. If you did not receive an invitation but are expecting one please contact us at patientportalsupport@sfsh.com
STEP 1
During registration, provide the hospital registrar with your email address.
STEP 2
Upon discharge, you will receive an email with a link to the Patient Portal.
STEP 3
Check your email and use the link to launch the online Patient Portal.
STEP 4
You will be prompted to confirm your identity and complete your registration.
New Patient Credentials:
Username: email provided at registration
Password: you will create a unique password
4 digit security code: patients YEAR of birth
Returning Patients:
