Our group of physicians and mid-level practitioners work as a team to provide you focused care specializing in Primary care, Prevention and Disease Management ensuring that you will receive the most comprehensive care on each and every visit.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If extended hours are needed, these can be scheduled upon request.

Mark Milone, MD

After graduating from Creighton University School of Medicine, completing a residency in Internal Medicine, serving as Chief Resident of Internal Medicine at Creighton University Medical Center and having been a principal in a private practice working as a board certified internal medicine specialist, Mark went back to school to complete fellowship training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Since 2004, he has been practicing as a board certified gastroenterologist and hepatologist.


Abigail Gramlick-Mueller, CNP

After seven years as a nurse in critical care, endocrinology and women’s health, Abigail obtained her Family Practice Nurse Practitioner master’s degree in 2009. She has a special interest in nutrition, weight management and diabetes management.


Jennifer Nelson, DO

Born and raised in rural Winner, native South Dakotan Jennifer Nelson, DO, graduated from the Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in 2001, completed a Family Medicine Residency in the Sioux Falls Family Medicine Residency Program in 2004 and worked in private practice for nine years. Her certifications include: ATLS, PALS and ACLS with special interests in preventative care for all ages, pediatrics and women’s care, travel medicine and medical missions.


Jess Oakley, PA-C, RN

Jess has been working in healthcare since 1985 and received his PA degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. He has worked at the US Dept. of Labor, the United States Navy, Mayo Clinic and many others. He has a special interest in infectious disease and occupational and environmental medicine.


Susan Olson, PA-C

A South Dakota native, Olson has been a healthcare professional since 1979. A 1983 graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, she began her career as a nurse. Olson has spent the last 30 years in the field gaining experience in family medicine, internal medicine and emergency medicine. Her certifications include ACLS, PALS and ATLS.


Dave Sprecher, PA-C

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Medical School PA program in 1987, Dave joined the Orthopedic Institute and worked there until 2012. Dave also served in the US Air Force for four years and was awarded the Commendation Medal. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the SD and MN Academy of Physician Assistants.
