Registered Nurse - Full Time
Department: PACU
Hours: Varied shifts between 6:30am - 7:30pm, Cross training to RCC every 3rd weekend and one holiday per year. No Call
Preferred Qualifications: CPR, ACLS, and PALS
Hospital Receptionist - Full Time
Department: PreOp
Hours: Rotating 8 hour shifts between 5am and 6pm
Duties: Welcomes patients and visitors, registers patients into EMR database, conducts facility tours, answers and transfers phone calls, performs family liaison activities, performs clerical duties such as faxing, copying, and filing
Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, detail-oriented, professional, motivated, and energetic
Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare Experience, Electronic Health Records Experience
Dietary Tech - Part Time
Department: RCC
Schedule: Varied 4-6 hour shifts during the week, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare Experience preferred
Buyer - Full Time
Department: Materials Management
Hours: 8am - 5pm, hours vary based on work load
Qualifications Required: Previous experience with purchasing medical goods in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications: 2 plus years of job related experience, a four year college degree, and strong computer skills
Health Information Specialist
Department: Clinical Informatics
Hours: 8am -5pm, Monday-Friday
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with document imaging system and electronic medical record
Required Qualifications: High school degree, minimum of 2 years' experience in a health information management, comparable physician office, clinic or hospital business office, customer service/office setting or applicable college education
Description of work: Analysis of medical records to identify and assign physician documentation, deficiencies for chart completion to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. Preps, scans and quality reviews documents of the paper records for conversion to the legal electronic medical record. Reconciliation, revision and maintenance of master patient index.
